Photography / Filming
Please be aware that Custom Food Lab occasionally take photographs/video footage of children on club for promotional reasons. Photos and filming can be posted on social media. They may also be used on our website. We often update our pictures and media on these platforms to keep our information up to date. It is not envisaged that the media will be used for more than 10 years.
This will only be done with your permission. We shall seek permission by gaining consent when you complete your booking online.
You do not need to allow permission.
The personal details or names of any child in a photograph or video will never be given in such a way that would allow them to be individually identified.
The images will NOT be used for anything which may be viewed as negative in tone or that may cause offence, embarrassment or distress for the child or their parent or carer.
You do not need to allow permission and may opt out at anytime by either contacting us by phone or email.
